The role of the Clarence Valley & Coffs Harbour Regional Water Supply
PROJECT COMMITTEE is to:
- Monitor progress of the Project
- Make recommendations to North Coast Water
- Report feedback from North Coast Water and constituent Councils
- Provide input to Project direction
The Committee comprises representatives of North Coast Water, Coffs Harbour City Council and Dept Energy, Utilities & Sustainability (formerly represented by Department of Land & Water Conservation) and Approved Observers.
The Committee has met regularly since 1995, and meetings are usually held on a monthly basis. Meetings are advertised in local newspapers and the majority of meetings are open to the public.
